Understanding the Job List

Centralize all your job postings in one intuitive dashboard that puts complete job management at your fingertips!

To access: 

1. Log in to BerniePortal as the employer or a Recruiting feature administrator
   
2. Select “Recruiting” in the top navigation menu
   
3. Select “Job List” in the secondary menu
   

Understanding the Job List: 

1. The Job List displays all active and closed positions with essential details at a glance
   
2. All jobs will display the following information- 
   
1. Status- 
   
1. Published- Job is live and actively distributed to job boards for new applicants
   
2. Closed- Job is inactive and no longer accepting new applications
   
2. Job Title- Click to access applicant details, messaging, and sharing links, plus edit job details
   
3. Date Published- When the position went live for applicants
   
4. Total Applicants- Complete count of all candidates (active and declined)
   
5. Active Applicants- Applicants who have not yet been reviewed and declined
   
6. Messages- Quick access to job-related communication threads
   
7. Actions- 
   
1. View Live- Opens your job's custom sharing link in a new tab
   
2. Mark as closed- Instantly deactivate the position
   
3. Edit job- Direct access to modify job details
   
4. Clone- Duplicate existing jobs for similar roles, saving time on data entry
   
5. JobTarget- Promote positions through premium job board marketplace (optional)

3. The “Create a New Job” button will allow you to create a new job posting
