How to Share Open Jobs

Beyond automatic job board distribution, BerniePortal generates custom sharing links for every posted position, empowering Employers to promote openings wherever their ideal candidates spend time online!

To access: 
  1. Log in to BerniePortal as the employer or a Recruiting feature administrator
  2. Select “Recruiting” in the top navigation menu
  3. Select “Job List” in the secondary menu
  4. Select the desired active job from the “Job List”


To access a job’s shareable link:
  1. Select "Sharing" from the left-hand menu within the open job

  3. View your job's custom URL- Click "Copy Link" to instantly copy the shareable URL to your clipboard

Explore sharing ideas: 
  1. Social Media Campaigns: Share on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  2. Company Website Integration: Embed links in career pages and blog posts
