BerniePortal Recruiting lets you post jobs, manage candidates, and move new hires into onboarding. You can add Free Recruiting or Premium Recruiting.
Account Owners and Global Admins can add Recruiting. If you are viewing BerniePortal as an employee, select Switch to employer account first. Recruiting feature administrators cannot add Recruiting.
Free vs Premium

To access:
- Log in to BerniePortal as an Account Owner or Global Admin.
- Select Add-ons in the top navigation menu.
- Select Recruiting.
To add Free Recruiting:
- Select the Free Recruiting tab.
- Sign in the signature pad.
- Select Activate.
By signing, you agree to the Order Form terms. After activation, BerniePortal opens the create-job flow. For next steps, see How to Create a New Job.
To add Premium Recruiting:
- Select the Premium Recruiting tab.
- Set Number of Users.
- Select Buy Now.
- Enter your payment details, then select Continue.
- Sign the Order Form, then select Purchase.
After purchase, you can schedule an implementation meeting or select No thanks, I'll set it up myself to open the create-job flow.
To upgrade from Free to Premium:
If Free Recruiting is already active, Recruiting appears in the top navigation as the product (not under Add-ons). To purchase Premium:
- In Recruiting, when Purchase Recruiting Premium appears—for example after you reach Free job limits, or when you try to manually add a candidate—select it.
- Set Number of Users.
- Select Buy Now.
- Enter your payment details, then select Continue.
- Sign the Order Form, then select Purchase.
When Free is already active, this page shows Premium purchase options (not the Free / Premium tabs).
