Personnel File Settings

Determine what information employees see in their own Personnel File by adjusting the viewing permissions next to each category. 

  1. Access your employer's "Personnel File" settings by selecting the "Employees" tab in the top navigation menu, then "Settings" in the secondary navigation menu.
  2. All Personnel Information will still be available to you as the group admin when downloaded from the Employee Info area. These settings are related to employee view.
  3. Turn on the "Employee Documents" employee visibility to allow employees to upload their own documents per HR's request. 
  4. Be sure to click “Save Changes” when finished!
