Personnel File Tab - Employee Profile

The Personnel File of an employee's profile houses a variety of employee-specific documentation, such as Election Sheets, Carrier Forms, and Onboarding Documents. Each individual form is downloadable from the Personnel File by hovering over the file’s action gear.


To access an employee's Personnel File, select the "Employees" tab in the top navigation menu, locate and select the employee's name, then select "Personnel File" from the employee's menu.



In addition to the default Personnel File categories, custom categories can be added using the actions in the top right corner of the Personnel File area. Adding a category will be reflected in every employee’s Personnel File, but “adding a new file” is specific to each employee. 


To Add a New Category:

  1. Select "Add a New Category."
  2. Enter the category name, select "Add," then select "Save."

  3. The category will now be available in all employee Personnel Files.

To Add a New File:
  1. Select "Add a New File."
  2. Select a category for the new file, upload the document by dragging the document into the upload area, or selecting "Click to Browse", then select "Add."

  3. The new file will now be viewable in the employee's Personnel File, listed under the selected category.
