Use Team Settings to control whether employees can open the Org Chart and the employee Directory from their Team menu. Turning a setting on or off saves immediately.
Who this is for
Employers and Feature Admins can open Team Settings and change these visibility toggles.
To turn employee Org Chart or Directory visibility on or off:
- Select Employees in the top navigation menu.
- Select Settings in the secondary navigation menu.
- Select Team in the tertiary navigation menu.
- On the Team Settings page, use the toggle next to Allow employees to see Org Chart to show or hide the employee Org Chart.
- Use the toggle next to Allow employees to see a Directory of each others' profile photo, name, location, primary phone, & primary email to show or hide the employee Directory.
When either setting is on, employees see Team in their top navigation and can open the matching Directory and/or Org Chart pages. When both settings are off, employees do not see the Team menu. These settings do not remove the employer Org Chart under Employees.
