Use Scheduled Reports to email a download link for the All Data or Most Recent Elections report on a recurring schedule. Custom reports and other standard reports cannot be scheduled. For what each report includes, see All Data Report and Most Recent Elections Report.

- Select Scheduled from the secondary navigation.
- Click Create Scheduled Report.
- Under Select a report below to make recurring., choose All Data or Most Recent Elections from the Select a report dropdown.
- Under Repeats:, choose Daily, Weekdays, Weekly, or Monthly. For Weekly, answer On what day should the report be delivered in the week? For Monthly, answer On what day should the report be delivered in the month? by choosing the week (First, Second, Third, Fourth, or Last) and the day of the week.
- Under Subgroups, select All Subgroups or the subgroups to include.
- If you selected Most Recent Elections, under Benefit Types or Contribution Types (whichever label appears), select All Benefit Types or All Contribution Types, or the specific types to include.
- Under Dependent Info, choose Include or Exclude.
- If you selected All Data, under Terminated Employees, choose Include or Exclude.
- In Send To, enter the email address that should receive the report.
- Click Save.
The scheduled report sends on the morning of the selected date and recurs until you remove it. It does not send until that scheduled date. The recipient receives an email with a download link that expires in 7 days. Generated files also appear under Reports → Recent.
To edit or delete a scheduled report:
- Select Reports in the top navigation menu, then select Scheduled.
- In the scheduled reports table, open the row Actions menu.
- Choose Edit to update the schedule, then click Save, or choose Delete to remove it. Delete removes the schedule immediately with no confirmation. There is no pause option.
Alternate entry
If your secondary navigation shows Run Reports and Scheduled Reports instead of Recent / Standard / Custom / Scheduled, select Reports → Scheduled Reports, then use Create Scheduled Report the same way.
