All Data Report

The All Data report downloads a CSV of employee information currently stored in BerniePortal. It includes demographics, contact details, subgroup assignments, pay period and salary fields, employment and onboarding details, PTO balances, benefit elections, beneficiary information, and deductions. A Most Recent E-signature Time Stamp column is included.

Who this is for

Employers and Feature Admins with Benefits access when Benefits is enabled for the employer. Brokerage users can generate the report for an employer from that employer's Reports.

To generate an All Data report:
  1. Select Reports in the top navigation.
  2. Select Standard in the secondary navigation.
  3. Select All Data from the Standard Reports list. The Generate an All Data Report window opens.
  4. Under Subgroups, select the subgroups to include, or select All Subgroups.
  5. Under Dependent Info, choose Include or Exclude.
  6. Under Terminated Employees, choose Include or Exclude.
  7. Enter the destination email in Send Report To.
  8. Select Generate & send. You will receive an email to download the report.
