All Data Report

The "All Data" report:
  1. Is useful for retrieving almost all employee information stored in BerniePortal at the most recent enrollment timestamp. 
  2. Includes: Employee demographic info, contact info, subgrouping assignment, pay period info, salary, onboarding details, PTO balances, benefit elections, beneficiary information, and deductions.

How to generate an "All Data" Report:
  1. Select the "Reports" tab in the top navigation menu.
  2. Select "All Data" from the Standard Reports listing. 
  3. Select the Subgroups that correspond to the data needed.
  4. Select whether or not you'd like to include Dependent Info and/or Terminated Employees on the report.

  5. Enter the email address to indicate the contact that will receive the report.

  6. The designated contact will receive an email to download the report.
