All Data Except Beneficiaries Report

The All Data Except Beneficiaries report exports nearly the same employee information as the All Data report — demographics, contact info, subgroups, pay and salary fields, onboarding details, PTO balances, benefit elections, and deductions — without beneficiary columns. For beneficiary data alone, see Beneficiaries Only Report.

To generate:
  1. As an Employer with Benefits (or a Feature Admin with Benefits access), select Reports in the top navigation.
  2. Select Standard.
  3. Select All Data Except Beneficiaries.
  4. Under Subgroups, select the subgroups to include.
  5. Under Dependent Info, choose Include or Exclude.
  6. Under Terminated Employees, choose Include or Exclude.
  7. In Send Report To, enter or confirm the email address that should receive the report.
  8. Select Generate & send.
BerniePortal emails that address a link to download the report.
