The Personal Info Only report exports employee demographic and contact information, job and pay details, subgroup assignments, and related employment fields (including termination and qualifying-event columns when applicable). It does not include benefit election or deduction details—use the Most Recent Elections Report for that.
The report includes columns such as most recent e-signature time stamp, who executed the change, employee ID and name, subgroup assignments, number of pay periods, date of birth, Social Security number, gender, job title, hire date, address and contact fields, annual salary, tobacco answers when configured, custom questions, qualifying event date and reason, and termination fields.
Who can generate this report
Employers and Benefits Feature Admins can generate Personal Info Only when Benefits is enabled for the employer.
To generate a Personal Info Only report:
- In the top navigation, select Reports.
- Select Standard.
- In the Report column, select Personal Info Only.
- Under Subgroups, select the subgroups to include, or select All Subgroups.
- Under Dependent Info, select Include or Exclude.
- Under Terminated Employees, select Include or Exclude.
- In Send Report To, enter the email address that should receive the report.
- Select Generate & send.
BerniePortal sends an email to that address with a link to download the report. Download the file promptly—the link expires after one hour.
