Personal Info Only Report
The "Personal Info Only" report:
- Is useful for retrieving basic employee demographic and contact information as well as basic details about employees' most recent elections.
- Includes: Most recent e-signature time stamp, employee demographic info, contact information, pay period info, job title, most recent election information, and termination information.
How to Generate a "Personal Info Only" Report:
- Select the "Reports" tab in the top navigation menu.
- Select "Personal info only" from the Standard Reports listing.
- Select the Subgroups that correspond to the data needed.
- Select whether or not you'd like to include Dependent Info and/or Terminated Employees on the report.
- Enter the email address to indicate the contact that will receive the report.
- The designated contact will receive an email to download the report.
