Onboarding Report

The Onboarding report exports basic employee information and answers to custom onboarding questions for employees in the subgroups you select. Only employees who have answered active onboarding questions are included.

To generate:
  1. As an Employer with Onboarding (or a Feature Admin with Onboarding access), select Reports in the top navigation.
  2. Select Standard.
  3. Select Onboarding.
  4. Under Subgroups, select All Subgroups or one or more subgroups. You must select at least one subgroup.
  5. In Send Report To, enter or confirm the email address that should receive the report.
  6. Select Generate & send.
BerniePortal emails that address a link to download the report. Columns include Employee First Name, Employee Last Name, Employee Hire Date, Employee SSN, and a column for each answered custom onboarding question.
