An Onboarding Feature Admin is an employee who can administer Onboarding while using Switch to admin account. The employer must have Onboarding enabled. Employee-level actions apply only to employees in the Feature Admin's assigned subgroups.
Onboarding Feature Admin capabilities:
Under Onboarding, they can use Pending, Documents, and Settings. They cannot delete pending new hires from Pending, and they do not appear in their own outstanding onboarding list on TO DO.
