To Do - I-9 Certifications
Employer administrators and Onboarding Feature Administrators use I-9 Certifications under TO DO on the home screen to open incomplete I-9s that still need the employer portion. The employer's Onboarding feature must be enabled. Global Admins signed in as the employer can also use this list.
To open an I-9 from TO DO:
- Select Home in the top navigation.
- In the TO DO sidebar, select I-9 Certifications to expand the list. The badge shows how many employees still need employer certification.
- Select the employee's name. The employer I-9 form opens.
I-9 Certifications appears only when at least one employee has submitted their I-9 and the employer portion is not yet saved.
