Stats - Turnover

Use the Turnover tab under STATS on Home to review new hires, terminations, and monthly turnover percentage for a selected timeframe.

Who this is for

Employers can view Turnover stats on Home.

To view Turnover stats:
  1. Select Home in the top navigation.
  2. In the STATS panel, select the Turnover tab.
  3. Use the Show data for dropdown to choose a timeframe: the current year, the previous year, or Last 12 months, Last 24 months, Last 36 months, Last 48 months, or Last 60 months.
The Hires & Terminations bar chart shows monthly New Hires (blue) and Terminations (green). The Turnover % line chart below shows monthly turnover percentage. Hover over a bar or data point for that month’s details.
