The Assign Documents tool in the Onboarding tab's Documents section enables employers to efficiently distribute standard onboarding documents to multiple employees at once through the Administrative Portal.
Step 1: Select Document Category
Choose the Onboarding Document Category that contains the document you want to assign.
Step 2: Choose Your Document
Select the specific Standard Onboarding Document you'd like to assign to employees.
Step 3: Select Recipients
Choose who should receive the document:
Option A- All Employees
Select "All employees without the selected document" to assign it to everyone who doesn't already have it
Option B- Specific Employees
Select "Specific employees without the selected document" for targeted assignment
This opens an additional window showing only employees who don't already have the document assigned or completed
Simply check the boxes next to the employees you want to include
Note: Custom onboarding documents can only be assigned to employees within 30 days of their recorded hire date.
