Onboarding Document Library
The “Document Library” houses all standard and custom onboarding documents for your employer.
In the “Document Library” area of the "Onboarding" feature, you have the ability to create a unique and streamlined onboarding experience for your employees through default onboarding documents. For example, if a majority of your employees need to complete the Missouri State Withholding document, while only a few require the Mississippi document, setting the Missouri form as the default will only require you to make an adjustment for the Mississippi employees when onboarding new hires.
Access the “Document Library” by selecting the “Onboarding” tab from the top navigation menu, “Documents” from the secondary navigation menu, then “Document Library” from the left side menu.
Within the library, you will see categories for all standard onboarding documents, as well as any custom categories you’ve created. Learn how to create categories here!
Use the radio buttons next to each template to designate the preferred onboarding document for that category.
The Direct Deposit can be defaulted to "Required" or "Optional."
Use the dropdown field to find your State Withholding document.
If you work with a BerniePortal licensed broker, you may have the option to import documents they’ve created for you via the “Import from Broker” option. Contact your broker to learn more!
