How to Assign/Un-Assign Onboarding Paperwork
To access:
- Select the "Employees" tab in the top navigation menu
- Locate the employee and hover over their action wheel
- Select “Manage Onboarding Paperwork”

To add documents:
- Select “Add Paperwork.”

- Browse through the available documents in the listing

- For each document you want to assign, select the document name from the dropdown menu (documents showing "None" will not be assigned)
- Preview any document by selecting “Download PDF Preview.”

- Select the document(s) you’d like to assign from each dropdown, then select “Save Changes”
Note: If a document doesn't appear in the "Add Paperwork" list, the employee either already has it assigned or has completed it. Need to update a finished document? Simply initiate an "Edit Request" to unlock it for changes.
To remove documents:
- Select “Remove Paperwork”.

- Review the currently assigned documents in the listing
- Hover over the action wheel for any document you want to remove and select “Remove.”

- Select “Save Changes” to confirm your changes
Note: The "Manage Onboarding Paperwork" tool only works with pending documents—completed forms cannot be removed within the modal. To delete a finished document, initiate an "Edit Request" first to reopen the form, then use the "Delete" option that becomes available.
