Forgot to assign an employee onboarding documents during onboarding? Or maybe you assigned an employee a document that doesn’t apply to them? No problem! Onboarding documents can easily be managed via the “Manage Onboarding Paperwork” feature.
To assign documents:
- Select the "Employees" tab in the top navigation menu.
- Locate the employee's name and hover over their action wheel.
- Select “Manage Onboarding Paperwork.”
- Select “Add Paperwork.”
- Documents available to assign will appear in the listing.
- To access a preview of an onboarding document, select “Download PDF Preview.”
- Select the document(s) you’d like to assign from each dropdown, then select “Save Changes.”
To remove assigned documents:
- Select the "Employees" tab in the top navigation menu.
- Locate the employee's name and hover over their action wheel.
- Select “Manage Onboarding Paperwork.”
- Select “Remove Paperwork”.
- Assigned documents available to remove will appear in the listing.
- Hover over the action wheel for the document you’d like to remove, then select “Remove.”
- Select “Save Changes.”
