My Requests: Review PTO Request History and Cancel PTO Requests- Employee
BerniePortal makes it simple for employees to track and manage their time off. The “My Requests” section allows employees to view the status of all PTO requests—whether pending, approved, or used—and cancel requests when needed.
To access:
- Log in to BerniePortal
- Select “PTO” in the top navigation menu
- Select “My Requests” in the secondary menu

Pending Requests:
- Displays requests that have been submitted but are still awaiting approval
- To cancel a pending request, hover the action gear at the end of the row and select “Cancel”

Approved Requests:
- Displays requests that have been approved but not yet used
- To cancel an approved request, hover the action gear at the end of the row and select “Cancel”

Used Requests:
- Displays requests that have been approved and already taken
- Used requests cannot be canceled
- If used time needs to be removed, employees should contact their PTO Approver to request an adjustment

Note: Employees have access to the “View Full PTO Policy” and “Request Time Off” options at the top of this page, as well as at the top of the “PTO Dashboard” and the “Accrual History” pages for easy access.
