How to View Jobs in Preview Mode

On the Job List, View Live opens a Published job’s public posting in a new tab—the same candidate-facing page as the job’s Sharing Link. Use it to check how the posting looks before candidates apply.

You can use View Live if you are:
Hiring Managers and Hiring Influencers only see jobs they are assigned to.

To view a job as a candidate sees it:
  1. Sign in to BerniePortal.
  2. In the top navigation, select Recruiting.
  3. In the secondary navigation, select Job List.
  4. On the Published/Closed tab, find the Published job you want to preview.
  5. Open the job’s actions menu and select View Live.
View Live appears only for Published jobs—not for Closed jobs or drafts. The posting opens in a new browser tab. For copying or sharing that URL, see How to Share Open Jobs. For other Job List actions, see Understanding the Job List.
