How to Review Current and Past Timesheets

Employees have complete access to view their current and historical timesheets through their BerniePortal account, providing full transparency into time tracking records! This self-service access allows employees to monitor their time records, track edit request status, and maintain accurate personal records for work history.

To access:
  1. Log in to BerniePortal
  2. Select the “Time” tab in the top menu
  3. Select “My Time” in the secondary menu

To view current timesheets: 
  1. Select “Current Time” from the left-hand menu
  2. Review daily clock-in/out information for the current work week
  3. Pending Edit Requests: View both actual and requested times side-by-side

  4. Approved Edits: Display with an exclamation point indicator
    1. Hover over the exclamation point to view edit summary (original time, adjusted time, and employee's reason)


To view past timesheets: 
  1. Select “Past Time” from the left-hand menu
  2. Select your desired date range from the available options

  3. View the complete timesheet for that work week period
