How does the Job Description Builder work?

The Job Description Builder is a Compliance document creator (powered by Mineral). It provides customizable job description templates you can adapt for your organization and use in hiring and employee documentation.

Who can use it

Employers and Compliance Feature Admins can use it when Compliance is enabled and the organization is on Compliance Premium or Compliance Ultimate. It is not included in Compliance Free.

To access:
  1. Go to Compliance in the top navigation.
  2. Open HR Resources.
  3. Select Access HR resources. BerniePortal opens Mineral in a new tab, where you can use the Job Description Builder.
