Compliance Subgroups

Compliance subgroups help to ensure that employees receive and acknowledge the correct documents and communication from their employer, as each compliance document is sent according to subgroup. For example, if remote employees are required to sign a different security notice than office employees, compliance subgroups ensure every employee views and acknowledges the correct document.

In order for the feature to apply, an employee must be assigned to a subgroup either during on boarding or at a later date in their employee profile.

To view, edit, and add Compliance subgroups:
  1. Select the ‘Compliance’ tab in the top navigation menu.
  2. Select the ‘Subgroups’ tab in the secondary navigation menu.
  3. Existing ‘Compliance’ subgroups will be listed.
  4. Select a subgroup to edit the ‘Subgroup Name.’
  5. To delete a subgroup, hover over the action wheel, and select ‘Delete.’
  6. Check out this article on adding subgroups.
