The Carrier Exchange supports a wide range of medical and non-medical carriers, powered by Ideon's network of insurance company integrations.
Medical Carriers
The following medical carriers are available through the Carrier Exchange:
- Aetna
- Angle Health
- Cigna
- Collective Health
- Kaiser Permanente
- Select Health
- UnitedHealthcare (including UnitedHealthcare Oxford)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (extensive coverage across multiple states)

The Carrier Exchange supports numerous Blue Cross Blue Shield plans across the country, including:
Anthem Blue Cross plans:
