What does the ratio displayed for each employer mean (e.g., "2/4")?

The ratio displayed next to each employer name in the Configure tab shows a quick summary of their carrier integration status.

Understanding the Ratio

The ratio is formatted as configured integrations / total available integrations.

For example, if an employer displays "2/4", this means:

  • 2 = Number of carrier integrations that have been configured (turned on)
  • 4 = Total number of eligible carrier integrations available for that employer

What This Tells You

"0/3" - The employer has 3 eligible carriers available for integration, but none have been configured yet.

"1/1" - The employer has 1 eligible carrier, and that integration has been configured.

"2/5" - The employer has 5 eligible carriers available, and 2 of them have been configured.

"4/4" - The employer has 4 eligible carriers available, and all 4 have been configured.

Important Notes

  • "Configured" means the integration toggle has been turned on and a group number has been entered. It does not necessarily mean the integration is Active—configured integrations may still be in Pending status.
  • The total number reflects only carriers that are eligible for integration through the Carrier Exchange based on the plans the employer has in BerniePortal.
  • This ratio provides an at-a-glance view of integration progress without needing to expand each employer's section.

The ratio helps you quickly identify which employers have incomplete integration setups and may benefit from additional carrier integrations being activated.
