What is the Compliance Learning Management System?

The Compliance Learning Management System (LMS) is the employee training experience included with Compliance. Use it to assign courses, track completion, and keep training records for audits and reviews.

Who can use it

Employers and Compliance feature admins open and manage training from Compliance. Employees with Compliance access can open learning material from their Compliance page.

How to open it
  1. Go to Compliance in the top navigation.
  2. Open the HR Resources tab.
  3. Select Access HR resources to open the learning tools in a new tab.
Employees: go to Compliance, then select Additional HR resources.

Availability by Compliance tier

Your Compliance tier controls which LMS capabilities you receive:
  • Compliance Premium — Upload and assign your own training courses.
  • Compliance Ultimate — Upload your own courses and use the pre-built course catalog.
