Training is assigned directly through the Learning Management System in BerniePortal Compliance. You can assign courses to individual employees, specific departments, or your entire organization from your dashboard.

Assignment Options

Individual Assignment – Select specific employees to complete particular courses based on their role or development needs.

Group Assignment – Assign courses to entire departments, teams, or employee groups at once.

Company-Wide Assignment – Roll out training to all employees for company-wide initiatives like annual compliance training.

What You Can Set

When assigning training, you can typically:

• Select which course(s) to assign
• Choose who receives the assignment (individuals, groups, or all employees)
• Set due dates for completion
• Add notes or instructions for the employee

After Assignment

Once training is assigned, employees receive notification and can access their assigned courses through their BerniePortal account. You can track progress in real-time and see who has:

• Not started the training
• Started but not completed it
• Completed the training and when

Sending Reminders

If employees haven't completed assigned training by the due date, you can send reminders directly from the LMS dashboard to keep everyone on track.

Tracking and Reporting

Generate reports to:

• View training completion rates by employee, department, or course
• Identify overdue training assignments
• Document compliance training for audits
• Track individual employee training history
