How do I assign training to employees?

Assign employee training in the Learning Management System (LMS) in Mineral. Open the LMS from BerniePortal Compliance.

Who can assign training

Employers and Compliance Feature Admins can assign training when the employer has Compliance Premium or Compliance Ultimate.

To assign training
  1. Go to Compliance → HR Resources.
  2. Select Access HR resources to open Mineral.
Assign courses and track completion in the LMS in Mineral.

On HR Resources, Assign Employees assigns employees to Mineral locations for region-specific HR content. It does not assign training courses.
