Can I upload my own training courses?

Yes. With Compliance Premium or Compliance Ultimate, you can upload your own video training courses for employees through the Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS opens in Mineral from BerniePortal.

Who can upload courses

Employers and Compliance Feature Admins can open the LMS and upload courses when the employer has Compliance Premium or Compliance Ultimate.

To open the LMS
  1. Go to Compliance → HR Resources.
  2. Select Access HR resources to open Mineral.
Upload and manage your courses in Mineral. After you upload a course, you can assign it and track completion the same way as other LMS training.

Compliance Free does not include LMS course upload. Compliance Ultimate also includes a pre-built course catalog.
