What is the Benefit Document Creator via the Compliance Feature?

The Benefit Document Creator is a Mineral tool available through BerniePortal's Compliance feature. Guided wizards help you create ERISA-compliant benefits plan documents for your employee benefits programs, with tool tips and access to live help during the process.

Who can access it

Employers and Compliance Feature Admins can open it when Compliance is enabled for the employer.

How to open it
  1. Go to Compliance in the top navigation.
  2. Select HR Resources.
  3. Select Access HR resources to open Mineral in a new tab.
  4. In Mineral, use the Benefit Document Creator wizards to create your plan documents.
