What are the minimum group size requirements for carrier integrations?
Carrier Exchange does not apply a minimum group-size requirement when it determines whether an employer can be configured for a carrier integration.
How eligibility is determined
Carrier Exchange shows an employer when the employer has an active Benefits feature and at least one configured plan that maps to a supported carrier and benefit type. The available carriers and plans are determined from those plan mappings.
Carrier-specific enrollment minimums are not enforced in Carrier Exchange. The product does not provide a carrier list or a minimum enrolled-employee count for this purpose.
Find an employer in Configure
General Agency and Agency users, as well as users acting as Broker or Service Team Member, can open Carrier Exchange and select Configure. The employer list includes only employers with eligible plans.
