Calendar: Viewing the PTO Calendar- Employee

BerniePortal’s organizational-wide calendar feature helps employees make more informed time-off decisions, and employers avoid under-staffing on any given day.


To view the PTO Calendar:
  1. Login to BerniePortal.
  2. Select “PTO” in the top navigation menu. 
  4. Select “Calendar” in the secondary navigation menu. 
  6. Use the dropdown menu in the upper left corner to toggle the calendar data (My PTO, My Team, or All).
  8. Employees with Pending time off requests will display with an un-filled bubble. 
  9. Employees with Approved time off requests will display with a filled bubble.
