The TO DO list on Home surfaces Recruiting tasks that need attention. When you have unread candidate messages on jobs you are assigned to, they appear under Recruiting so you can open the job’s Messages page and respond.
Who can use Recruiting on the TO DO list:
You can open unread Recruiting messages from TO DO if you are:
Unread rows list only published jobs you are assigned to as Hiring Manager or Hiring Influencer (for an employer, that uses the employer’s employee subaccount). The Recruiting header shows only when there is at least one actionable item.
To open unread messages from TO DO:
- Select Home in the top navigation.
- In the TO DO sidebar, select the arrow next to Recruiting (the badge shows how many unread messages you have).
- Select the arrow next to Unread Messages.
- Select a job row (job title and an N unread count) to open that job’s Messages page.
On the job’s Messages page, select a thread’s subject to read and reply. For creating messages, templates, and attachments, see How to Message a Candidate.
If you have not published a job yet:
When your company has no published jobs, Recruiting on TO DO shows Post your first job! instead of Unread Messages. Select that row to start a job (or open the Recruiting upgrade path if Recruiting is not enabled).
