To message a candidate:
- Select the “Recruiting” tab in the top navigation menu.
- Locate the candidate by either selecting the applicable job from the “Job List” or directly from the “Candidates” menu.
- Access the candidate’s messaging area by selecting their name then “Messages” from the left-side menu.
- Select “Create New Message” in the top right corner.
- Select the applicable job from the “Job” dropdown.
- Enter the title of the message in the “Subject” field.
- If your employer uses “templates,” select a template from the dropdown menu. This is optional.
- Enter/adjust the body of the message, then select “Post.”
Posted messages will be listed in the “Messages” area of the candidate's application with the applicable job, message subject, and most recent message date.
- Use the action wheel to the right of the message to delete messages.
- Unread messages will display with a bubble next to the message, with the number of unread messages inside.
- Select the title of the message to open the messaging thread and send a reply.
