"Minimum Essential Coverage Offer Indicator" error

This error is caused by the "Minimum Essential Coverage Offer Indicator" section highlighted below not being checked properly:

To correct these errors, you will need to do the following:
  1. Log into the employer account in BerniePortal.
  2. Click on "1094C/1095C" at the top of the page.
  3. Click "Subgroups".
  4. Click on the name of the subgroup you are working to correct.
  5. Scroll down to "Part III - ALE Member Information - Monthly"
  6. In Section A, "Minimum Essential Coverage Offer Indicator":
    1. Indicate "Yes" in "All 12 Months", OR
    2. Indicate "Yes" or "No" for each month.
  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Corrected Form". 
  8. Push "Save Changes".
  9. Repeat this process for all 1094C subgroups (if applicable) until you are finished.
