Managing an Employee's Google Groups via BerniePortal
BerniePortal's no-cost integration with Google Workspace allows you to link an existing employee's BerniePortal account to an existing Google Workspace account. Linking an employee's BerniePortal account with their Google Workspace account allows you to manage an employee's Google Groups directly from their profile in BerniePortal.
To manage an employee's Google Groups:
- Select the "Employees" tab in the top navigation menu.
- Locate and select the employee's name from the list to open their profile.
- Select "Google Groups" from the employee's Profile menu.
- The employee's existing Google Groups will be listed. Use the "Edit" icon in the top right corner of the profile area to change and assign groups, which will automatically update the employee's groups within Google Workspace.
