Employers.
To access Integrations:
- Open Account from the account menu. For steps, see How to Access Your Account from the Account Menu.
- In the left sidebar, select Integrations.
Integrations opens on the BernieForms tab. Use the tabs across the top to switch integration types. BernieBill and Benefit Provider EDI appear only when those features are enabled for your employer.
BernieForms
The BernieForms tab lists BernieForms agencies available to your employer. Each agency has a toggle. Turning a toggle on generates a one-time access code for that agency.
To enable a BernieForms agency:
- Open Integrations (steps above). Stay on the BernieForms tab.
- Turn on the toggle next to the agency name.
- When the one-time access code appears, select Copy Code and share it with the agency. The message A one time access code has been generated. This access code will not display again. appears — copy the code before you leave the page.
Turning the toggle off revokes the access token for that agency.
BernieAPI
The BernieAPI tab lists payroll and API partners available to your employer. Each partner has a toggle and the same one-time access code flow as BernieForms.
To enable a BernieAPI partner:
- Open Integrations, then select the BernieAPI tab.
- Turn on the toggle next to the partner name.
- Select Copy Code to copy the one-time access code before you leave the page. The code will not display again.
Turning the toggle off revokes the access token for that partner.
BernieBill
When BernieBill is enabled for your employer, the BernieBill tab lists billing-eligible carriers and shows which are currently enabled for BernieBill. Use this tab to view that status. For more about BernieBill, see What is BernieBill?.
Benefit Provider EDI
When Benefit Provider EDI is enabled for your employer, the Benefit Provider EDI tab lists eligible carriers so you can turn EDI on and enter group numbers.
To configure a carrier for EDI:
- Open Integrations, then select the Benefit Provider EDI tab.
- Turn on the toggle next to the carrier name.
- Enter the Group Number and, if needed, the Second Group Number.
- Select Save.
Turning a carrier toggle off removes that carrier's EDI configuration.

- On the Others tab with Broker on, open Broker Information.
- Select Remove.
- In the confirmation dialog Are you sure you want to remove your broker?, select Delete.
