How to Link Existing Employees with a Google Workspace Account
BerniePortal's no-cost integration with Google Workspace allows you to link an existing employee's BerniePortal account with their existing Google Workspace account. Linking an employee's BerniePortal account with their Google Workspace account allows you to manage an employee's Google Groups from BerniePortal.
To link an employee's BerniePortal account with their Google Workspace account:
- Select the "Employees" tab in the top navigation menu.
- Locate and select the employee's name from the list to open their profile.
- Select "Google Groups" from the employee's Profile menu,
- Select "Yes" to indicate that the employee has an existing Google Workspace account, enter the employee's Google email address, then select "Submit."
- The employee's BerniePortal account is now linked with their Google Workspace account, allowing you to manage the employee's Google Groups directly from BerniePortal.
