Delete a plan from Plans when you no longer need it in your library. Deleting moves the plan to the Recycle Bin—it is not permanently removed right away.
Who can delete a plan
Employers with Benefits can delete plans. Global Admins working as the employer can as well. Benefits Feature Admins can open Subgroups under Benefits, but they do not have access to delete plans from Plans.
To delete a plan:
- Select Benefits in the top navigation.
- Select Plans.
- Open the cog menu for the plan you want to delete.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm when asked: Are you sure you want to add this benefit to recycle bin?
You cannot delete a plan that is assigned to a current or upcoming subgroup offer. Delete is unavailable when the plan is on an upcoming subgroup offer, or when employees are enrolled in the plan.
