Deleting Benefit Subgroups

Easily consolidate benefit subgroups and simultaneously move employees to their new subgroup via the “Delete” subgroup option. 

To delete a benefits subgroup:
  1. Select “Account” from the dropdown.
  2. Select “Subgroups” in the left navigation menu.
  3. Hover over the action wheel for the benefits subgroup you’d like to delete, then select “Delete.”

  1. Determine if all employees in the deleted subgroup should move to the same subgroup, or different subgroups.
  1. If all employees are being moved to the same subgroup, select the benefits subgroup, then select “Save.”
  2. If employees should be moved to different subgroups, select the appropriate subgroup for each employee, then select “Delete Subgroup.”
