How to Access Your Account from the Account Menu - Employee

Use the account menu to open Account, where you can update personal information, contact details, password, dependents, and language.

Who this is for

Employees signed in to their employee account.

To access Account:
  1. In the top right, select your avatar to open the account menu.
  2. Select Account.
If Account is missing or opens the wrong page

If you also have a broker, agency, or service team role, open the account menu and select Switch to employee account first, then select Account.

If you are acting as a Feature Admin or service team member, Account may not appear until you switch back to your employee account.

If you select Account while still in broker mode, BerniePortal opens broker Account Settings instead of your employee Account.
