How to View and Edit Dependent Information - Employee
Employees can view and edit dependent/spousal information under the “Dependents” tab in their “Account” area.
To edit dependent information:
- From the employee’s account, select the “Account” dropdown in the top right corner.
- Select “Dependents” in the left navigation menu.
- Select the “Change dependent information” button.
- Employees can change benefit-influencing information, such as birthdate and gender, and it will reflect on the next enrollment action.
- Changes to first name, last name, and SSN can be made at any time, and will update upon making the change.
- After the desired changes have been made, select “Save.”
- If employees need to change or add benefit-influencing dependent information, and would the change to impact enrollment at the time of change, they can be opened for a "Qualifying Event" or "Correct Mistake" from the admin account.
