How to View and Edit Dependent Information - Employee

Employees can view and edit dependent/spousal information under the “Dependents” tab in their “Account” area. 

To edit dependent information:
  1. From the employee’s account, select the “Account” dropdown in the top right corner.

  2. Select “Dependents” in the left navigation menu.

  3. Select the “Change dependent information” button.

  4. Employees can change benefit-influencing information, such as birthdate and gender, and it will reflect on the next enrollment action.
  5. Changes to first name, last name, and SSN can be made at any time, and will update upon making the change. 

  6. After the desired changes have been made, select “Save.”
  7. If employees need to change or add benefit-influencing dependent information, and would the change to impact enrollment at the time of change, they can be opened for a "Qualifying Event" or "Correct Mistake" from the admin account.
