How do I check if all employees are assigned to a 1094-C ALE subgroup?

How do I check if all employees are assigned to a 1094-C ALE subgroup?

Use the employee filter in BerniePortal to quickly identify any unassigned employees. If no employees appear under the "1094-C ALE - Not Assigned" filter, all employees are properly assigned.

Steps to Check

  1. Click Employees in the top navigation
  2. Click the Filter dropdown
  3. Select "1094-C ALE - Not Assigned"
  4. Review the results:
    • No employees found = All employees are assigned ✓
    • Employees listed = These employees need to be assigned before generating forms

What to Do If Employees Are Unassigned

If employees appear in the "Not Assigned" filter, you'll need to assign them to a 1094-C ALE subgroup before proceeding. Unassigned employees will not have a 1095-C generated for them.
