Benefits Feature Admins

A Benefits Feature Admin is an employee a Global Admin gives Benefits administrative access for specific subgroups. A Benefits Feature Admin works only within their assigned subgroups, not the full Global Admin experience.

Global Admins assign Benefits Feature Admins under Global and Feature Admins when Benefits is enabled for the employer. For assignment steps and options, see Feature Admins.

Home
  • Track current enrollment from the Feature Admin home screen for assigned subgroups.
To Do list
Employees
  • Masquerade and Terminate employees in assigned subgroups. See Masquerade and Terminating an Employee.
  • Open employee profiles (including demographics and enrollment) for employees in assigned subgroups. Whether Salaries and SSNs are visible depends on the Data Visibility options set when the Feature Admin was assigned. See Profile Tab - Employee Profile.
Reports
  • Run Benefits-related reports for assigned subgroups from Reports in the top navigation menu.
Benefits
Note: Benefits Feature Admins do not see themselves in the employee list while acting as a Feature Admin.
