Employers can download their signed MSA Certificate from Account settings. The certificate includes client and billing details as well as terms and conditions from when the employer account was created.
To download the MSA Certificate:
- Open Account from the account menu. For steps, see How to Access Your Account from the Account Menu.
- Select Agreements from the left menu.
- In the Download column for the MSA Certificate row, click the download icon. The file downloads as a PDF.
Agreements appears in the left menu when your employer has a signed MSA Certificate on file.
