How to Send Reminders - Compliance
The ‘Send Reminder’ tool for the ‘Compliance’ feature allows you to give employees a nudge if they have outstanding notices that require their attention.
To send a reminder:
- Select the ‘Compliance’ tab in the top navigation menu.
- Under the ‘Active Notices’ area, hover over the action wheel to the right of the desired notice, and select ‘Send Reminder.’

- Enter a reminder message, then select ‘Send Reminder.’

- All employees who have yet to acknowledge the notice will receive a reminder email.
