How to Send Reminders - Compliance

The ‘Send Reminder’ tool for the ‘Compliance’ feature allows you to give employees a nudge if they have outstanding notices that require their attention. 

To send a reminder:
  1. Select the ‘Compliance’ tab in the top navigation menu.
  2. Under the ‘Active Notices’ area, hover over the action wheel to the right of the desired notice, and select ‘Send Reminder.’
  3. Enter a reminder message, then select ‘Send Reminder.’
  4. All employees who have yet to acknowledge the notice will receive a reminder email.
