How to Send Reminders - Compliance

Send a reminder email to employees who have not viewed or signed an active compliance notice.

Who can send reminders: Employers and Compliance Feature Admins when Compliance is enabled for the organization.

To send a reminder:
  1. Select Compliance in the top navigation menu. The Active Notices page opens.
  2. On the notice row, hover over the gear icon on the right and select Send Reminder.
  3. Optionally enter text in the Reminder Message field.
  4. Select Send Reminder.
Send Reminder appears only when the notice is less than 100% Compliant. The reminder goes to employees who have not viewed the notice, or who have not signed it when a signature is required.
