How to Access Your Account from the Account Menu - Brokers

Use the account menu to open Account (Account Settings), where you can review Account Information and open related settings such as Email Notifications.

Who this is for

Brokers, agencies, and service team members signed in to their broker or agency account.

To access Account:
  1. In the top right, select your avatar to open the account menu.
  2. Select Account.
If Account is missing or opens the wrong page

If you also have an employee account and are signed in as an employee, open the account menu and select Switch to broker account (or Switch to service team account, if that is your role) first, then select Account.

While you are in employee mode, selecting Account opens your employee Account instead of broker Account Settings.

On the Account page

Under Account Information, update your name, contact details, and password fields as needed, then save. Agency users may also see agency name and related agency fields.
