How do I set up email notifications?
Agency, broker, and service team member users configure Carrier Exchange email notifications from their account settings. Employers configure Carrier Exchange notifications separately from the employer Email Notifications page.
To configure agency, broker, or service team member notifications:
Open Account from the account menu. For steps, see How to Access Your Account from the Account Menu - Brokers.
- Select Email Notifications under Account Information.
- In the Notifications table, select or clear the checkbox for When a Carrier Exchange integration changes status and When there are unresolved carrier messages in the Manage tab.
- Under Who on your team should receive emails:, select ADD. Select ADD beside each team member who should receive the notifications.
- Select Save.
The Carrier Exchange notification options are selected by default until you save different settings.
To configure employer notifications:
Open Account from the account menu. For steps, see How to Access Your Account from the Account Menu.
- Select Email Notifications and the Elections tab.
- Select the applicable Benefits Group.
- In the Notification table, select the Interested Party checkbox for When there are unresolved carrier messages in the Manage tab.
- Under INTERESTED PARTIES, enter the recipient's First name and E-mail, then select Add.
The employer option is available only for a Benefits Group with a Carrier Exchange integration.
