Use the unresolved carrier messages email notification as your prompt to review the Manage tab. The Manage tab is where you review and resolve carrier messages, including Failures that block member enrollment and Warnings that need attention.

When the notification is enabled and actionable unresolved carrier messages exist, BerniePortal sends a daily reminder. Review the Manage tab when you receive that reminder, then address the messages that apply to your organization or clients.
