Who has access to the Carrier Exchange?

Carrier Exchange access is based on the account role currently in use.

Who can access Carrier Exchange

General Agency users, Agency users, brokers using the Broker role, and Service Team Members using the Service Team Member role can open Carrier Exchange from the top navigation. Each of these roles can see the Manage, Pending, Configure, and Audit Log tabs. Employer accounts do not have access to Carrier Exchange tabs.

The information available depends on the employers connected to the user:

  • General Agency users can work with eligible employers across their agencies.
  • Agency users can work with eligible employers connected to their agency.
  • Brokers and Service Team Members can work with eligible employers available through their brokerage relationships.

Service Team Member read-only access

A Service Team Member with read-only access can view Carrier Exchange information for the employers available to them. They cannot enable or disable a carrier integration or edit a group number in Configure.
