The Pending tab lists carrier plans associated with carrier integration coverage periods in Pending status. It gives you one place to review plans that have not moved to Active status.
Who can use it: General Agencies, Agencies, users acting as Brokers, and users acting as Service Team Members.
To access the tab: Select Carrier Exchange in the primary navigation, then select Pending.
The table groups plans for the same employer and carrier into one row. Each row shows Pending Since, Carrier, Employer, Group Number, the number of Plans, Benefit Types, and Renewal Date. General Agencies also see an Agency column.
Use the Carrier, Employer, and Benefit Type filters to narrow the list. General Agencies can also filter by Agency. Select Pending Since, Carrier, Agency, Employer, or Renewal Date to sort the table.
If the tab shows that carrier integrations have not been set up, select Configure to open the Configure tab. For details about filtering, see Can I filter pending integrations?
