What is the Pending tab used for?
The Pending tab provides a focused view of all carrier integrations that have been configured but are not yet active.
Primary Purpose
Rather than sorting through all configured integrations in the Configure tab, the Pending tab displays only integrations with Pending status. This allows you to quickly identify which carrier integrations are still in the activation process and require continued manual attention.

Key Information Displayed
For each pending integration, you can see:
- Pending start date (when the integration was configured)
- Carrier name
- Employer name
- Group number
- Plan name
- Benefit type
- Renewal date
Filtering Options
The Pending tab includes filters that allow you to sort pending integrations by:
- Carrier
- Employer
- Benefit type

Why This Matters
Keeping track of the Pending tab is important because integrations in pending status are not actively communicating with carriers. This means you must continue managing all eligibility updates manually until each integration moves to Active status. The Pending tab serves as your reminder of which integrations still require manual carrier communication.
For more details about pending status and activation timelines, see "What does 'Pending' status mean?" and "How long does it take for a pending plan to become active?"
