Can I filter pending integrations?
Yes. Use the filters on the Pending tab to narrow the Pending Plans table.
Who can use the Pending tab: General Agency users, agency users, brokers, and service team members. General Agency users also see the Agency filter.
To filter pending plans:
- In the top navigation, select Carrier Exchange, then select Pending.
- Above the Pending Plans table, select a value from Carrier, Employer, or Benefit Type. General Agency users can also select a value from Agency.
- Select All in a filter to remove that filter. Select values in more than one filter to narrow the list by combined criteria.
